Part-time Job Fair

The event is SOLD OUT. You can register for the waitlist but DO NOT pay until a registration can be confirmed. Payment would be due at the time of confirmation.

UNC Charlotte's Part-time Job Fair provides organizations with an excellent opportunity for recruiting candidates for positions that don't require a college degree: part-time, temporary, seasonal, or full-time non-degreed jobs. This in-person job fair will be held at the Student Union on UNC Charlotte's main campus.


Wednesday, March 13, 11am-2pm

This event is open to UNC Charlotte students and candidates from the community. We expect 200-300 candidates.


Employers - this event sells out 3+ weeks in advance each year, so register soon!

Employer Registration Fees:
General: $175
Staffing Agencies/Third Party Vendors: $250

Registration covers attendance by 2 recruiters; includes a 6' x 3' table, chairs, lunch, parking, and marketing. Each additional recruiter is $30 (maximum of 4 total recruiters per table). Employers cannot rotate out individuals during the event unless they have registered and paid as additional recruiters, maximum of 4 total recruiters for the day. This is to accommodate lunch and parking passes for registered attendees.

Electrical access is $30.
