Registration Options
Level 1: Opening Program & Coffee Chat (Free | Limited to 300 Participants)
This option includes access to the opening presentation and a facilitated “coffee chat” with a national expert on university–industry partnerships. The session will focus on the future of talent development, trends in internships and project-based learning, and how employers can work more effectively with universities to build sustainable talent pipelines.
This option is ideal for employers who want high-level insight and inspiration without participating in breakout workshops.

Level 2: Full Experience Pass ($25 | Limited to 140 Participants)
The Full Experience Pass includes everything in Level 1, plus access to two interactive, employer-focused workshop tracks, a student panel, lunch and networking, and hands-on planning tools.
Participants will engage in small-group discussions, apply frameworks to their own hiring needs, and leave with a concrete plan for fall student recruitment and campus engagement all while connecting with university professionals.
This option is best for employers ready to design, refine, or scale internships and project-based opportunities with clear next steps and university support. Great opportunity to design your engagement and recruitment plan with the university.
