The University Career Center in partnership with the Office of Identity, Equity and Engagement brings to you the annual Inclusivity Mixer. This event provides students and alumni with an excellent opportunity for networking and with a diverse group of companies for full-time jobs, part-time jobs and internships who have a special interest in creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. This non-alcoholic cocktail mixer is open to students from all majors and industry interests.

The Inclusivity Mixer is the premiere diversity recruiting event at UNC Charlotte. The event welcomes all applicants and employers and hopes to encourage inclusivity and diversity no matter the ethnicity, citizenship, national origin, race, gender, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, disability, socio-economic status, special abilities, political and social philosophy, and religion.

Business Casual or Cocktail Attire is required for this event. Learn how to succeed at the mixer by making an appointment with your career advisor in Hire-A-Niner or attending drop-ins. Attendees who RSVP in Hire-A-Niner can include a resume with their RSVP; resumes will be shared with employers attending the event.

The event will open with an introduction from Dr. Brandon Wolfe, UNC Charlotte's Chief Diversity Officer. An employer panel will be the first portion of the event, then we will transition into the main event: networking. Food and Mock-tails will be provided. There will be five $100 Gift Card Door Prizes for students!
